That would be nice but it is easy to flash it with flashboot command, It is just easy to use that tool
damn it why wont my wifi work after I install this kernel? all I did what the instructions said.. put it on the root of the sd card..

The battery using this Kernel and 'ICS for all HTC holiday' ROM is disgustingly amazing. Love the voltage tables and the CPU being pretty stable at even 1.7 GHz

Updated OP with RC 1 and Beta 5.
RC 1 I feel is very stable and comes with the option of downloading without Sweep2Wake.
Beta 5 is basically RC 1 but is updated to kernel version 3.0.29 based on commits from Kernel.org
Either should fix any touchscreen issues with sweep2wake.
Also, both come packed with Showp1984 Badass Governor. This is set as the default governor and has amazing battery life.
This kernel now works beautifully even without without any CPU profiles. I even advise against them now and have taken the ones I posted off the OP.
Try it out and don't forget to thank
One other thing if you have S-Off you can download the file that has S-Off in the name and flash it in recovery to install. If you do not have S-Off you must download the file that does not have S-Off in the name and flash in fastboot as you normally do.

Another quick one, do you know if beta 5 or rc1 .img can be installed directly through phone using Flash Image GUI? Without reinstalling dark raider 1.1? I can never remember how to get to the Android folder on pc to use the fastboot command...

It should work if you extract the boot.IMG to the root of your sdcard and use the GUI. I don't support that method but it should work.

Rc1 seems like a great kernel as always! Flashed with no problems on s-off and already see a difference in my battery life. Thanks for the hard work!

I flashed Kernel beta 5 with Flash Image Gui without any problems.Great job and many thanks Kozmik
For anyone who was wondering. Scored jumped 1000 points with new kernel. Also, more RAM is available.

Badass Governor
"Badass removes all of this "fast peaking" to the max frequency. On a typical system the cpu won't go above 918Mhz and therefore stay cool and will use less power. To trigger a frequency increase, the system must run a bit @ 918Mhz with high load, then the frequency is bumped to 1188Mhz. If that is still not enough the governor gives you full throttle. (this transition should not take longer than 2-5 seconds, depending on the load your system is experiencing)
Badass will also take the gpu load into consideration. If the gpu is moderately busy it will bypass the above check and clock the cpu with 1188Mhz. If the gpu is crushed under load, badass will lift the restrictions to the cpu.

Sweep2Wake
No long do you need to use your power button to wake your phone. To wake your phone sweep your finger from the home button to the search button. Likewise to put your phone to sleep, sweep your finger from the search button to the home button.
Fast Charging
Starting in Beta 6 fast charging is now an option. To enable it all you need to do is run the following in adb shell, in a terminal on your phone, or in the terminal in System Tuner:
Code:echo "1" /sys/kernel/fast_charge/force_fast_charge
Likewise to should you wish to disable it you can run:
Code:echo "0" /sys/kernel/fast_charge/force_fast_charge
Release Candates will have an optional download that does not have Sweep2Wake for those that do not want it.
Should be compatible with any rooted ICS sense rom.
You can use System Tuner voltage tables.
As with anything you flash to your phone there is always a risk. You are taking responsibility into your own hands when you flash this. It works perfectly on my phone but your hardware may not be able to withstand overclocking. It should work fine but don't complain if it breaks your phone.
If you decide that this kernel isn't quite for you yet you can always revert to the stock kernel

I am no longer supporting phones that are not S-Off. Get S-Off now Then just flash zip in recovery and select your options!
If your phone does not have S-Off, there are some older versions of my rom in the downloads that are built into the boot.img and may be flashed via fastboot. Don't ask which ones can be done with this method. You need flash the boot.img contained within using fastboot from your bootloader:

I did not have time to get fast charging setup working properly via install so you still need to enable it in a terminal program as the Faqs in Post 1 indicate
I'm tired and I need to get some sleep. I will clean up my post probably Wednesday when i have time to work on getting Fast Charge working on install.
