honestly, i used to think like you. but the note 3 has little to no lag. cant say that about any other samsung devices though. (ive had the s4, and i admit it lags)
will still end up buying it to be honest but a like a little moan now and again
damn you buy everything. i bet you're gonna buy the new htc, too.
funny u should say that i was going to get the s5 if it was out in march and then get htc in april or some thing but since they will come out at around the same time it will be one or the other
I was watching some videos and its hard not to notice that closing apps still takes for ever..

What? Still? Have you ever used a S4 or something? Because it's instantaneous here.
Maybe it just feels fast.. but if you compare it to a nexus 5 or Z1, the delay on opening and closing apps is easily noticeable
So, are you comparing the experience you have in real life with the Z1 with a video of a pre production device? Not exactly a smart comparison.

I meant if you compare the galaxy s4 vs the nexus 5 or z1.
The s5 might have improved the delay, but from what I have seen in those s5 preview videos the problem is still there.
The snapdragon 600 and 800 are extremely similar architecturally. There's really not much of a difference outside of clock speed.
