cant we modify the OTA packages so it skips the checks and install em anyway?

Sure, just open the OTA zip with winRAR, navigate to the folder: \META-INF\com\google\android\ and open the file updater-script with Notepad.
The first few lines look like that:

unmount("/system");Just delete the lines completely which have getprop in it. Usually it's the first and second line.
Then save the file, make sure your notepad doesn't add a .txt extension to the filename, and copy the file back to the zip in the particular folder and overwrite the original file.
DANGER: Doing so will remove the device check and it will be possible to apply a complete wrong update zip to your device. This could damage your ROM or even your device (unlikely), if you apply the wrong zip to the wrong device/rom.
thanks for all support but where is OTA i am not able to find because when ever i check to update it replies i am on latest version
I am tempted to use MIUI but only one thing that stops me is there is no option to arrange the apps in alphabetic order.
Is there any trick to achieve this , if yes it will be great for my taste.

Its global, i think when one DeviceROM gets MIUI with 4.1.2, the others will get it as well, yet we all use 4.1.1.
And still im waiting for a Volume +/- Music Skipper.. hope someone is going to do that soon.
I've installed the Samsung apps from the OP, does someone know how can I see the camera app to go the Samsung gallery, and not MIUI's?
When I freeze MIUI gallery using titanium backup the camera won't go to a gallery when I press the last picture icon.

use the TW Camera
Changing the default gallery for the MIUI Camera app would require editing the Application i think, and that would be too much work, the TW Camera is better anyway.

You MUST use MIUIANDROID.COM Download, it does NOT work with the MIUI.COM Download.

Instructions
- If you don't have, then flash CWM Recovery
- Go into CWM Recovery, do a factory reset, and in Mounts and Storage menu, chose Format /sdcard (this will wipe your apps, settings, data, pictures and everything. If you have an external sdcard, it will not be deleted. Just the internal from your phone memory.)
- Flash MIUI
- Start the ROM, after finishing the setup wizard
- reboot and go into CWM Recovery again, flash gapps 20121011
- Optional: Flash Perseus CWM Kernel to be safe from the brick-bug and SuddenDeadSyndrome (SDS Bug) READ HERE TO KNOW IF YOU NEED IT
- Reboot

- unplug from USB cable, start app, grant root
- press UMS mode button

- wait windows for installing the drivers
- windows should now be able to see your phone as an external drive, if not you have a driver installing issue or another problem

- eject the drive in explorer/taskbar
- push "Mount card" in the app

Well the basic begin and test is done. But i have to make it more beauty heh.. its ugly..
Probably will take a bit longer, i recently upgraded to win8 and have to re-setup all the AndroidSDK stuff.. even though my connection is blazing fast, there are tons of API's to download though.
Anyway, if you have other ideas which you would like to have in this App, tell me !!
