Default Why the the screen lag when wake?

My phone is all stock (non US version) and when my phone is asleep (black screen) it has 1 sec or so to wake up the screen up after I press the on button.

It seems like this is common on all hox that ive seen, the samples at the store and looking at some hox videos on the web.

What is the cause of this and is there a way to fix it?

Thanks

It because when your doing nothing the companion core is running the show it takes a wee bit for the main cores to power up, there are few kernels about with updates from nvidia that might improve this, not tried can't say for sure i'm sure as HTC roll out updates it will improve.

Thanks for the explanation, so it normal and common right? Hopefully there are some updates that will help with this in the future.

Does the AT&T dual-core versions do this as well?

Thanks

Great, I am actually a new hox owner coming from a Sensation and overall I love the hox, pictures are great!

I actually flashed ICS and 3.6 sense on my Sensation so its similar to the hox but the obvious hardware differences are still there.

It's a common Android thing, always some degree of delay coming out of "Deep Sleep" mode. Varies a bit from device to device. It's a whole lot faster on the One X than my Galaxy Note and Galaxy S2 though, if that's any consolation.

Wow really? I have no experience on Galaxy phones lag but the Sensation I had before was pretty quick, faster than the One X but i believe its a dual-core?
