I ordered mine from Handtec. It still hasn't shipped yet though. I'm hoping it will ship Monday so that it'll be here before Thanksgiving...I hope. lol
Seconded, very interested. I don't want the Verizon GNex and don't feel like waiting months for this phone.

if he sells it, he will get more than he spent.
Well if you sell the Vivid, make sure you exchange it first so that you can get one that's brand new never used (you'll get more for it that way).
I pre-ordered from Handtec, as well. It's $690+ dollars after all is said and done so I'm going to sell my iPhone 4 to get some piece of mind.

Initially I was going to go with negri electronics but they could not tell me when they would be shipping the phones. The guy on the phone, Sergio stated he didn't know how many phones they would receive in. He finally emailed me and let me know they had about 300 pre-orders and only about 100 phones coming in. He said that for the remaining pre-orders it is unknown then they will ship out. This to me was unacceptable so I went with Handtec instead.
Who wants to talk me into it!?
Allow me........go buy it... lol There, how's that?
Ha that just about works! I'm worried about it selling here under 600 in a few weeks.

2) Would I deal with them for defects out of the box or samsung/google

1) Hopeful, but not confident. If they don't, then neither will other stores if that's any consolation.
2) You will have to ship it back to Handtec (UK) where they will ship it to Samsung. If you run into issues, expect to lose the GN for about a month.

The last correspondence I received from Handtec was Friday morning around 6:30am est. The email said my order was being "processed". Hopefully that means it will ship Monday. The email read "This email is to notify you that your order has passed all security checks.
Your order is ready to be processed according to your selected delivery options and subject to stock availability.
Once your order is shipped you should receive tracking via email.
Please keep your order number safe for future reference to your purchase." FYI, I ordered mine around 2am est Friday morning.1
