Maybe more details...

Firmwareversion for bada?

For me in Germany XXLA1 is good idea...
If you have changed Bootfiles for Android, then maybe your Firmware needs Bootfiles from Firmwarepackage... Sometimes partition different...

Windows Version?
XP ?
7 ?
8.1 ??

Multiloader Version ?
ML 5.67 ?
5.64 ?

Try flashing bada again and then try!
And did u clean bada through recovery?
In Recovery go to
Zen settings>open recovery script>clear_bada_for_android_nand, press that, it will clear whole bada and u will space for android!
Or try formating system from mounts & storage and then try.

Open recovery mode -- Full wipe data -- yes

After , You can use the Android os on wave

I had every kind of problems during installing, changing rom verison from CM to ZendK, from ZendK to CM..
some time i thought that my phone was hard bricked ore something like that...
trust me, insist! be strong, don't leave. use "search" option, try different bada versions (s4 style turko saved me)
try multiloader from different pc
try find your problem in different forum pages
you will resolve soon!

Please open your eyes and try to answer... MORE precise...
Use Screenshots if you are not able to answer...

Here is bada Firmware Collection = MANY files to try...
http://netfolder.in/folder.php?folder_id=SWFbK6M

How to help you, if you ignore MANDATORY Basics...

1.
WINDOWS VERSION?
XP, 7 or 8 or what ever?

2.
Multiloader Version?
5.62 or 5.64 or 5.65 or 5.67 or what ever?

3.
Firmwareversion EXACT f. few Chars...
XXLA1 DBT ? Or ?

4.
Be sure you know what you do...

If FFS not work, then check if CSC and/or ShpApp.app

You not need for tests to select all files...

Look here, Screenshot of ML...

Same test again, but this time use:
1.
Multiloader 5.67

2.
Use Stock/Original stuff like this one:
S8530XXLA1_v2.0_DBT.zip

3.
Round 1.
All files select...

If again FFS

Round 2.
Select all files again, except FFS
NO FFS this time.

Post result if success...

If CSC or SHP App also fail, then deselect them too...
Post result..

Summary:
- ML 5.67
- Use Original files instead Custom Firmware to prevent funny sideeffects...
- deselect FFS...

Only if all 3 FFS + CSC + SHP App fails, then you have an bigger problem...

Good luck.

Best Regards

My fault... bada's MBR is not FAT 16 like Windows can Format...
    It is VFAT...

For instance I9300 format SD Card in T-Flash Option for repair...
    GT_I9300_unbrick_sdcard_head.zip contain MBR for checking...
    http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=32294116&postcount=1

My I9300 can not handle noname 2 GB SD Card...
But my 4 GB SanDisk work...

    Only as info.

Sorry for such a question, i haven't read all comments and don't know if this question was asked before or not.

Have you tried to change your battery ? Because If battery drained, then it's normal that you are getting error on multiloader while flashing CSC, APP, FFS. Because they have more memory, and battery has no enough life to flash them.

    ;)

Volk ROM won't install if bada partition aren't found, but there is some idea... But the fota you use won't work, it search in nand. But if we can format sd as Bada it may work, i studied the android boot process a bit. Do you know bada partition table adfree ? Other solution could be to change some files in initramfs, to make android install on sd, i'll try it with volk sources.

    Ok, Romancy, try something :
Format SD with 3 primary partition :
    600 Mb FAT16
    400Mb FAT16
    900Mb FAT16

(Size don't really matter, we'll chane it later, it's for test) You can try to format in FAT32, it also should work but i'm not sure.
Then put kernel from Volk ROM on first partition (the only visible on windows) and boot recovery (use the fota for Tigrouzen's rom, not volk's)
You need to put the zip on the third partition, but you can't do it with windows. If you have linux, good, if not :

In recovery : go to mount and storage, choose : mount /storage/sdcard1. If error, reboot and retry.

Put Volk's ROM (cm-11-wave_v4.1.zip) in your adb directory and do :
    adb push cm-11-wave_v4.1.zip /storage/sdcard1

It could take some time (no more than 5 minutes)

Then "install zip; choose zip form storage/sdcard1" and choose the zip
