[Q] Recommendation for good SIM unlock service

Looking for a good unlock service for a Samsung focus. I keep hearing about places that will do it cheaply, but the ones i have looked at are all $25 or more.

I think there was a guy on ebay selling code for like 1 or 2 USD.
