you need to do that in your launcher settings. I don't know if trebuchet has that option though. I'm using APEX launcher at the moment
I used github and then i got a problem.
suddenly the boot animation comes, and I had to turn off the device (i dont know, if it would turn off itself, when I havnt had keep pushing the power button).
Do just I have this problem (its not the first time)?

I dunno if I had the same issue like this guy, because normally the boot animation dont apear, when the device turn off.

I flashed the 0501 build and it was successful! Can't really notice the difference but I think it really works?

remove space on the link for it to work. I am not currently using arco68's custom ROM as of this writing, but, did you already check settings->language and input, and then tried to alter the (default) keyboard settings?
just flashed alpha 2. It looks impossibly quick!!! But it appears I cant turn on the wifi...just stays stuck on 'turning on wifi'. Did I make a mistake?Everything else seems to be fine but without the wifi I cant redownload all my apps and test further (50+ apps, mobile data is costly).

I'm doing a complete wipe/format, reinstall my baseband and then reflash CM9...hoping that fixes it.

After full wipe/format, reinstalling baseband and reflashing CM9, still no wifi for me. Stuck on 'Turning Wi-Fi on...'.By the way I checked the wifi on the stock ROM before flashing CM9 and it was fine.This looks a superb ROM but Wifi is simply irreplaceable for me. Any help would be welcome.

Strange, cause nothing has been changed regarding wifi between RC2 and RC3.
Confirmed. Was caused by frame rate fix for back camera. I fixed it for front camera now, and compiled a new camera.msm7x30.so
Push it to system/lib/hw and reboot.
Preview and recording should be a lot smoother now.

How can I update this ROM?
Unless exceptions aren't mentioned, you simply have to flash the latest ZIP-file of the ROM using CWM. You files should stay untouched, but still it is always recommended to make a backup.
Does it support my language?
CyanogenMod (9) is multilingual, so it supports all common language in the world.
How can I update my basebandversion?
a) You can flash the Baseband from here.
or
b) Make a Nandroid backup of your current CM9 -> wipe everything -> Flash the latest stock ROM from your region via ODIN ->
flash ClockWorkMod -> wipe everything -> flash CM9 -> restore data.
What is CWM ?
CWM stands for ClockWorkMod. It is a custom Recovery which enables complete backups (Nandroid backup) and complete restores.

Due to copyright, CyanogenMod is not allowed to implement GoogleApps directly in their ROMs, that is why you have to install it manually.

My phone restarts randomly after update?

1.Open ClockWorkMod->backup and restore->backup to externl sdcard
2.wipe data/factory reset
3.wipe cache partition(not sure if needed)
4.install zip from sdcard->choose the latest CM9 version
5.advanced restore from external sdcard->choose backup->Restore data
6.reboot
The battery of my device drains rapidly fast, what can I do?
After flashing a new ROM you will have to do several(5+) charging cycle in order to get a calibrated battery.
There are also battery calibration apps, such as Battery Calibration which help you with the battery calibration. Long story short: Be patient.
My Data connections / Adding APNs doesn't work, what can I do?
It is a known bug in (Alpha 1). Flash this zip to solve this bug.
