My son recently passed away and I've been trying get help with getting his information off his phone. Unfortunately, he had a lock on it and I cannot bypass it. No one knew his password for his email either. There are pictures in there that I know would be precious to me. I've had a coworker try and help me but he says it's hard on his phone because the memory card is internal. He has already tried to plug it into a computer but he said the debug mode is not on so he can't do much. I really don't want to lose his pictures . Any advice would be greatly recommended.
