[Aphla][4.2]Lewa OS5 GT-N7105

Lewa os is a ROM from Chinese. It is smoother than miui. As a matter of fact,lushenduan has already do it,but he can't make ota weekly. So I continue to make it. And it will become multi language in the future.

[*]Background when first installation (you need to reboot your phone once)
[*]Video Record doesn't work if you selects Samsung camera(You can use aosp camera in the ROM)

you shuold reboot when play store is 100%,and i will try to fix it
