Hi. Maybe you should try Hardlights OS2SD kitkat 4.4.4 rom plus microG. A lot of space and suowr responsive an security updated. Just be sure to use a class10 microSD. Google it here in XDA. You will never regreat. [emoji1]

Thanks a lot for getting back to me papa, you are a life-saver. I am new to these roms, I am using a CW 10.1 rom which works great except its killing my battery. I lost my backup for gingerbread also, so I am kinda stuck.... Looking for something that works without killing the battery. Maybe you can suggest? I am using clockworkmod to apply the images from SD.

I've never seen the screen on animation so I have no idea about it....
Graphics are repaired at last And the notification blur is a tad better now, but it still exists sadly... That might have to do with VSYNC

However it doesn't fix the notification lag nor the screen off animation nor the lockscreen animation.
What it does do though is make everything so much smoother. Now when you open the apps, you see the app opening animation And the unlock animation works too, the home screen fades in Woohoo! Most other animations now work flawlessly
NO more camera lag either, but the video recording still remains an issue. You still can't play the recorded videos...
But on the plus side, the entire ROM feels soooo much smoother46Good job, keep up
