It looks like Sandvold will be doing a 4.1 ROM once ICS is stable which looks like it will be in the next week or so.

Nope you're wrong he never said that and what he clearly said is that he will not waste time on porting it right now until the source is out. So patience everyone JB came out just couple of days :)
