This is what I downloaded. I did 1, 2, let it do a full reboot...nothing but HTC screen, pullled battery, started over. Same results, so I tried to flash ROM, GAPPS, Kernel and reboot. HTC screen. Just restored it to 2.3.3, so I can play around with other options. But if you can come up with a suggestion or modificaton to my clumsy procedure, I will test it.

IMPORTANT: until I can incorporate Lord's kernel into the build, please flash it through recovery.
1. Full Wipe
2. Flash rom
3. Full Reboot
4. Reboot into recovery
5. Flash kernel

Tried it again several times, no luck on this for me. Just stuck in HTC screen.

Nearly same problem, black screen right after bootsplash and no booting progress even if lord's kernel is flashed after flashing the ROM...

Reverted to 7-29-2012 build for now
