Could you upload a copy of your source? (Gio device and vendor directories especially.) I'm hitting a wall trying to even build my own Gio kang right now. (I'm pretty sure the issue lies in the .mk files, but no success so far.)
You really ought to look into making a proper Git repo in order to enable your build to be brought officially in CM7 eventually. If anything it'll help you keep track of changes much more easily.

The galaxy mini cm developer can help us because we use the same chip for fm-radio so we need to ask him how he managed to get the fm-radio worked

Just wait till the devs include it in their roms! Somebody that can confirm that it works? If so i will start developing but some things just have to work because I use my phone for personal usage (need wifi for whatsapp gheghe)

i dont know, it is not easy to flash as far as i know.

if you change the files with the system files - with caring permissions - if you do all properly , wifi will work but it does not cache passwords, so it is buggy and it takes hours to copy paste properly >>>> do not try it

How to Install
Code:- Download & flash px-cwm-v2.zip from recovery or cwm recovery - Reboot to cwm recovery again - Download & flash px-cm7-RC-3.0.zip from cwm recovery - Reboot your phone - Its not recomennded to use live walpaper, u should use static walpaper. since live walpaper will make your device hot & drain more battery - Since this version is not include gapps & a2sd, u should read gapps & s2e section! - for alternative a2sd, u also can use link2sd or mad2sd
How Install google apps (gapps):

How to Install & Enable Simple2Ext (S2E):
Code:- install it from market. be sure u've install gapps before! - open s2e, and press menu and choose setting - checklist the advance mode, extended partitions info, mount as ext4 - u also can set read buffer. i'm using 3Mb - press back, and press menu -> reboot - if your phone not automatic reboot, u should reboot it manually - after reboot, open s2e again. u can check whatever u want - i'm check it all, except Application data (Application data = a2sd extream datasd) - reboot again - u need to modified 02gio. see this post http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=19792902&postcount=705 have problem cant checklist application, dalvik-cache, private-apps application-data on s2e after checked mount as ext4 and reboot? you must format your second partition using computer as ext4 u can use gparted (linux) or minitool partition wizard (windows)
How Enable a2sd:
Code:- goto terminal emulator - write: su a2sd zipalign a2sd cachesdreset and: if u want use a2sd extream (move data to sd-ext): a2sd datasd

Alternatiive kernel
It's outdated... please dont use this kernel. new kernel is included on addons
we use alternative kernel, it's based on SGA & SGS CF-Root Kernel. because we have a problem on CM7 initramfs kernel on our device. maybe it'll fixed soon.

how to random bootanimation work
1. Flash file above using CWM ( mount system first )
2. Create Bootanimation folder into your sdcard
3. if you have 3 files bootanimation.zip, rename each file like bootanimation1.zip, bootanimation2.zip, and bootanimation3.zip ( and do this for every file bootanimation.zip ( max 255 files )
4, put all bootanimation.zip that you has been renamed before into bootanimation folder
5. try to reboot and you will see different bootanimation every reboot
download this 2 files, put on init.d folder and set permission to rwxrwxrwx
