Stuck boot logo cwm

I am using ultrakk rom 4.4. Today I want to return 4.0. I've flashed kernel but when I power on the phone, when flashled is blue, I press the volume - button but my phone is stuck in boot logo cwm (only show logo and version of cwm). Who can help me?

In fastboot do fastboot erase system and fastboot erase userdata... Then try...
