You can flash this rom like any other rom, with recovery. Install the kernel with fastboot and the modules with recovery. X-mister and NCX are good kernels with this rom.
I tried a lot of roms, but always come back to this one It's fast, rocksolid, has great looks, good battery :thumbup:

First let me compliment you on this fab piece of art.....visually beautiful ROM........great instructions to flash the ROM....

my problem is that Phone seems to be heating up a lot after flashing.......I have flashed the X-Mister #188v4 kernel......

It is just default settings.........no tinkering with the kernel or anything......

any suggestions or solution to this issue.........cause I am kind of getting worried....

Try another kernel. I had the same with ncx v39, now I'm using ncx v35 and all is fine. Tried several X-misters on previous versions of this rom, without any problem btw.
I don't know what could cause the problem, maybe Lex or Floxxos know?

this might sound like a noob question.........I just want to change the Font in my phone.......is it just possible to change just the font ??? or do I have to Flash the complete ROM again ???? or is there an option where I can just go and change to the Font that I want ???

Reflash the Rom without wipe and select new font
