Full features?. I don't think somebody will spend such a much time for an old phone. Just search in themes & apps section for note 3 launcher/weather widget/keyboard. That's the closest you could get

Hi Vijay,
If what you're asking for is a firmware that was created for note3 that fully runs on note1.. That is like asking a unicorn from Santa. Doesn't exist and never will.
