Thought this looked cool and quite generic.

Enjoy!

In the last twelve hours, I have successfully:

1.) Downgraded to RC29 from OTA RC 30 (sticky thread OP koush)
2.) Installed a modified recovery image (sticky thread OP JesusFreke)
3.) Installed JF-1.3 ADP1 developer phone kernel (sticky thread OP JesusFreke)
4.) Installed the Engineering bootloader (sticky thread OP jashuh)
5.) Followed the instructions here to install a custom boot image. (sticky thread OPs stericson and Infernix)

I admire the knowledge this community represents. I can only share my boot image. The blurry thing is my contact information. Thanks all.

hey thank you soo much. I was waiting for an easier way of adding boot image...i just flashed mine and it worked perfectly. This only replaces the G1 boot image. anyone tried 3 and 4?

btw, i attached my boot screen if anyone wants to use it. I didnt put any signature or watermarks so other people can use it too.

Still waiting for my ADP1 to arrive. Damnit Google, what's taking so long? :p

In the meantime I made this boot image. No reason other than that I need to keep busy or I'll freak out waiting for the damn thing to arrive :D

The animated screen can be edited by editing framework-res.apk the images are found inside of assets/images

Here is my new android flashing robot bootscreen for my theme.

I decided to join the fun and make my own boot screen. If anyone likes it let me know and i will put up a non-branded copy (sans my email address). Whipped it up in photoshop in > 5 minutes.

i made this one... i didn't make the wallpaper at all... it's from cubanitaStylez's site, g1wallz.com

i would suggest going there for some great wallpapers and boot screen ideas ;)

btw, thanks cubanita!
