I am on custom ROM 4.3 and I want to go back to stock 4.3 with root anyway to do that?

It would be better to go back to full stock and then root thereafter. There is a modified (pre-rooted) stock 4.3 rom but this comes with the modified MJ2 bootloader so flashing it could cause a brick. You could flash simultaneously with the 4.3 (MJB) bootloader & modem to avoid the brick but the process gets complicated.

Once you are done with this, there are several ways to root. CF-Auto Root is the most basic. If this doesn't work, you could try Option 2 in the thread below ....

My preferred method of rooting is, however, SafeRoot. Unlike other methods, this doesn't trip your warranty bit - if this is still relevant. You can see download links and instructions in the thread below....
