[Boot Animation] My Galaxy v2 UPDATE

here is a boot animation i had made, i added a boot sound to it, i hope you like

Preview: Quality is better than in Video

Move PowerOn.ogg to System/etc (Not JellyBean Compatible)
PowerOn.ogg

For Rom Control Roms: PowerOn.mp3

CWM Installation:

v2 ICS/JB (No Sound): My Galaxy v2

v1:
JB (FIX): JB My Galaxy (NO SOUND)
ICS: ICS My Galaxy
GB: GB My Galaxy

the PowerOn.ogg should goto System/etc and also before you reboot make sure your volume is on and all the way up.

In ULCF5 there are a few boot files that have a .qmg extension, but no zip.

The sound file works fine.

that one may need mp3 and enable it on rom control, i am not sure if that rom has rom control in settings if so it will tell u where to put it. i'll upload the mp3 for it. check OP

Flashed as described, but only the sound worked. Still on the crappy AT&T BOOT ANIMATION. using rooted stock i717 Galaxy Note

UPDATE: Flashed a custom rom to get this working. Works like a charm. THANKS!!!! Great work!

Right, for the custom animation you have to flash a kernel that supports that. The rom developers will list this in their description of their rom.
