don't flash gapps directly after rom .. flash the rom and reboot then go back to cwm and flash gapps without any wipes

No, I installed still no Gapps.
Only Rom was installed. With the setting-up of the language that was terminated setup, black screen,
I naturally again started, then again the setup assistant comes and asks for the language, afterwards again the setup is terminated.

You shoudn't be stuck at Samsung Logo. It should be CM Logo.
Try flashing rom on top of a cm7 rom, if on stock it doesn't work

After completely installation (wipe DATA/factory RESETs + wipe cache partition) I have the problem that with setting-up the setup assistant am terminated and I see then only a black screen.

Also with the RC 6.
Something does not tune nevertheless there?

I installed my old version (cm-11-20140427-NIGHTLY) also in such a way and had success

    CyanogenMod 11

CyanogenMod 11 is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.4 (KK), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

These are the same builds from Androidarmv6 nothing changed
i just did some changes in Update-script to make it flashable via old recovery
so anyone can flash it using CWM 5.0.2.x

why i did this ? .. there are many guys here (including me) can't flash the new recovery so they aren't able to run kitkat

Reposting androidarmv6 OTA ROMS to be compatible with an older recovery is absolutely bizarre. Please, just update your recovery image. There's no need to suffer with having to install hacked ROMs, when you can just use the original along with the benefit of delta OTA updates.

The reason why the older recovery isn't working is that all ROMs in the project have been moved to use hardware TLS support (which in essence, improved overall speed). In order to benefit from this, however, your recovery kernel also needs to support the hardware TLS... and that's why the update is necessary. I've also fixed some bugs in the latest CWM v6 (including SD partitioning), so you have no reason to stick with an older recovery.

I've triggered a new recovery build for cooper here (which will take an hour or so to complete from the time of this posting): http://jenkins.androidarmv6.org/job/cm-recovery/22/

Download the recovery.img from that link to your /sdcard, then run these commands in the phone's terminal app:
    Code:
    su
    flash_image recoveryonly /sdcard/recovery.img

Your recovery will now be upgraded, and you can flash the official OTA packages again.

We need more people participating with the androidarmv6 project, rather than working outside of it. I would encourage people to report bugs and even better, submit patches to our gerrit. This helps make the ROM better for everyone.

Slightly OT: I saw people asking about app2sd methods. You should be aware that Link2SD doesn't work well with OTA ROMs. The two main problems are that it (unnecessarily) changes system files, which causes delta updates to fail, and when you do full ROM updates, the Link2SD mount script gets removed, which breaks all of your apps until you re-install Link2SD and re-link your apps. I believe that Mounts2SD also has similar issues.

I recommend my mod of S2E, simple2ext_mod, as it's 100% compatible with full and delta OTA updates.
