Power off during kdz update.

Yes, and maybe the only thing to do will be flash a special kdz (v10_downgrade.kdz)

If your phone is in download mode when the power goes off, your phone will remain in download mode and you wont be able to get out.
I found the only way to fix it has NOTHING to do with re flashing a special kdz in fact in my case you cannot flash any kdz using the offline updater.
I got mine to work by flashing with the original firmware tool that lg provides and selecting recovery upgrade.
If this still doesn't work, go to emergency mode and reflash.
