Magnetic Sleep/Wake Case not working

I just bought a Poetic Slimline case and for some reason the auto sleep wake is not working at all. No matter what I do (bluetooth & Wifi on) it dose not work. Granted I haven't had a stock rom on it since I got the case but does it matter? Im running CM11 now. Where are the magnets located? Is there any fixes by the devs here?

Have you had any luck in your search? If not You can always revert to CM10.2 Yeah its Jellybean but the magnetic wake/sleep work perfectly fine in 10.2 stable

No luck on 4.4.2 Roms...I'll try CM 10 and make sure the hardware is working correctly and know its a software only issue...thanks for the advise
