Quick question did u unlock your bootloader?
Violate led is a bad flash as far as I know, if you did u lock it look for 'Open Emma', if not use the PC companion to repair the phone.

update: the phone turns on but screen is blank/off. (i tried push camera button and the flash of the camera comes up)... anyway i already tried to install emma but requires registration which fails...anyway the bootloader is unlocked
Have you attached all the cables tidy, use pc companion and repair the phone, check the cables first

The three down the bottom of the phone by the battery, I'm guessing one of them is loose or broke
