Indeed, 4geeee (WiMax on this device) has been ripped out of CM10.2 unfortunately. It was a battle in fact to get data working at all - and even still there's some unmerged patches which need to be added in order for data to handoff correctly after being on wifi....
Just circling back on this. I've got the 4.2.2 loaded, as the 4G WiMax near my office is still my best bet at the moment. This was the first ROM I'd tried since being on the @toadlife
CleanGB ROM, so I didn't know that CM 10.2 had the 4G gap. Chalk it up to my No0b-ness.
I did track down the Bluetooth Fix in @nikon120
signature under the AOSP group (for anyone else looking - Thank You @nikon120
This leaves the only real dealbreaker in both 4.2.2 and 4.3 is the HW Keyboard layout (from what I can discern). I've noticed that if I try to do any of the [FN] + combinations, the entire HW keyboard becomes unresponsive, like the system doesn't recognize any further input or is trying to figure out what to do with the input it gets. I know that you said it was something that would have to be looked into. Is this something more in the framework itself, or just a config file (perhaps it could be lifted from on of the FC09 ROMs)? I'd be more than happy to try & muddle my way through the files if it would help.
Regardless, thank you to all that had a hand in building this ROM. Stable, responsive, elegant, and efficient. I can't say enough great things about CarbonROM!
