First post so if i've put it in wrong section i do apologise.
I've been trying to root my HTC sensation using Flow Wolfs thread http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1864053 which has been most helpful but i am stuck on a step and was wondering if someone good help me please?
I have got down to "Flash the recovery" stage and done option 2, it says its installed fine but when I go to do the "permanent root" stage by installing the zip file onto sd then rebooting to recovery instead of coming up with 4Ext recovery and installing .zip from sd card it just comes up with a pic of a phone with a red triangle above and i can't get passed this stage.
What have i done wrong or missed out?
