Htc Sensation Xe unlock and root problem?

hi, all i am new here i unlocked my htc sensation xe on htcdev.com and then did this from this thread http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2455114 and after that i installed a boot.img of custom rom from fastboot to my mobile after my phone stucked on white htc logo screen after that i updated bootloader using this image PG58IMG.zip and after that i installed htc sensation stock rom 3.33.401.106.zip and after that on bootloader i am getting all this

so please help me how can i root my phone and install a custom rom on my phone
