Get the ROM from 4ndr01d

Instructions
1. make sure you are on the 4.4.4 or 5.0 firmware
2. wipe data (if coming from ANY other rom)
3. wipe cache
4. flash ROM
5. let phone sit for a few minutes once booted to settle (a lot is done on first boot)

Keep in mind that the first boot can take up to 10 minutes and may seem to hang on either the Google logo or the Boot Animation. Just give it time, it will boot.

Yeah, I'm trying to stick with the aosp style while keeping the stock features. Look for more styling to be added over time, 1.0 is just a good solid base with a lot of tweaks and a few styles.

Just some minor tweaks to the overall quality of the mic/speaker as well as adjustments to the radio for calls. Let me know if it still needs further tweaks.

This is a sense rom. It's just a way to minimize the size of the zip file. Once you have the gapps you'll only need to download the slimmed down rom file when an update comes out.

I'm debating pulling out the htc apps into a separate zip as well to reduce file size.
