Yeah I really like it. Finally got everything squared away with my phone. And I may have me a job. I have a interview with a different place tomorrow and dude is supposed to call me tomorrow and if all goes well I start Tuesday. So....we will know tomorrow. Once I get that going I will be able to settle back into to working on projects again.

Thanks guys. Hopefully I won't have to go on the one tomorrow. If that guy calls me back before I go I'm taking they job cause its much closer and I like the atmosphere better. As long as Comcast doesn't have an issue with me in their system then the job is mine. They shouldn't as I never gave them a reason to not want me in that position. But we will see. The one I'm interviewing for tomorrow pays more. But its a lot farther out so it may cost me a lot more in gas then I make extra. Anyway. Been a very busy day so I'm gonna take care of a few things and then chill out.

Thanks a ton Tim for doing what you're doing. I appreciate the hell out if it.

This is the best current rom still... I've tried a few others and always find myself coming back to TBASGSIII
One odd thing of note...
I flashed agats latest kernel over this using Mobile Odin
Also flashed the latest modem
but the About Phone screen still shows the old kernel and old baseband.
But if I boot to recovery, it is clearly agats recovery so it seems to have worked.

Just weird that it doesn't update about phone screen.

You mean you kernel doesn't read 0.5.4?
I have tried latest with couple of roms and it reads correctly.

Man you get around in these threads threadwhore..lol..havent flashed this yet but ive heard awesome things about it scarmon...gonna have to load this on my sd and give it a spin over this three day weekend

Ain't trying to troll bro, but does have anything to 1. Report anything wrong with the rom, or 2. Ask for any features being added. IF you doubt my cred, I was testing this rom before it was released, and I have been rocking it as my main daily. Lets keep it grown up in this thread guys

I understand, thank you for that...but every thread doesnt have to be business 24-7, its nice to flash these roms, get help and meet and joke around a bit with other people in the community..lol, not saying all the tume because it does clog up the threads, but every now and again its nice, otherwise xda just becomes work and no fun and isnt that what we're here for?;)

    I will update the OP with this info shortly.

    For the next few weeks my fellow team member Timmetal who is totally awesome by the way. Is going to take over this ROM. I will be in here and the other threads answering questions and helping as I always do but won't be doing any actual work on this.

    Pretty much I have four weeks left on unemployment. I don't know if I will get an extension or not so I am redoing resumes and finding at least five good jobs a day to apply for instead of two. Doesn't sound like much but believe me. Between personality test and all the other crap its about 1-2 hours per job app. So it takes up some time. As soon as I get things squared away I plan on resuming this and also starting another project that I have had in mind called Super Clean Touchwiz. Pretty much its a super clean UI with some modifications that make it run and look soon much better. But anyway. Please give the guy the same love you have shown me as I'm sure you will.



    I am not responsible for your phone not booting, damage to your device in any shape fashion or form. Follow my outlined directions and you should have no issue whatsoever.

    This is my first ROM that I am publicly releasing. I have been making my own personal build for a while but never thought they were worth releasing. I figured I would share this one.
    This is a stock, mildly de-bloated stock FF09 ROM that has been themed to include a look of the GS3 and Stock ICS.

    There are a lot of people I would like to thank for help I have received but honestly this page would go on forever if I typed them all out. You know who you are. Thanks especially to my testers that help me when I am unable to flash a build. I helps me so much more then you may realize.

    This ROM includes Mods from the following locations and Devs. If you have a minute. Please let them know how much we appreciate them by slapping their thanks button :)

    Base ROM is the De-Odexed FF18 Build from Datajosh
    Agats FF18 Kernel
    Inspired by SALMAN ROM. Seriously awesome work by android_isda_****
    Launcher from Galaxy S 3, Mod found here
    SVoice Hack found here:
    Themed MMS to mimic the SkyRocket MMS
    Mildy debloated. Some apks left as not to effect functionality
    Icons have been themed with the icons from the Galaxy S3
    Used Icons from here
    Used some icons from Tiffs ICS theme

    Note from Agat about his kernel.

    Agat has informed me that after several users tested on his kernel. Him and Sfhub believe the EMMC bug MAY have been fixed. They had several testers wipe data and do several operations while on various ROMs and none of them bricked.

    What does this mean to you? This means that if you so choose to, you may be able to resume flashing as we used too all that time ago before the EMMC bug was brought to light. Now I can't confirm or dispute this as I do not have a way to get another phone so I cannot chance it. But based on what I have heard so far. Many others are getting the same results.

    If you have any further questions about this. Hit Agat up in his thread. It should be linked above somewhere and I am sure he will be able to go into more detail on it. Everyone please be careful.

    Guide:
    Download ROM from link below and place on your SD Card.
    I personally recommend Odining stock EL29 before flashing.
    Flash the EL26 Stock Repack Kernel (Linked Below as well if needed)
    Boot to recovery and wipe data, system, and cache or use Calkulin’s Format all script.
    Flash ROM, wait forever, reboot and profit.
    Note: I did notice this ROM does seem to take a while to flash. So be patient.

    I am open to all ideas and suggestions. Keep in mind I am not a Dev by any means. This is a project that I am going to keep working on. I would have done it as a theme only but I plan to make plenty of changes along the way.

    Hey all, wanted to give you guys a little bit of an update. I got my odexed base done and working. I have been working this week thanks to some people needing PC Repair and Networking jobs done. Being unemployed, that's a blessing. I haven't been able to devote a lot of time to this project the past few days due to that. Things are almost done and that means I will be able to put some more time into it. Really I just have to odex the launcher and a few mods and incorporate them into the ROM. I want it out as soon as possible but I also want this build to be smooth. My goal for this release is not a lot of additions but mainly removing problem pieces and really making a nice smooth running base. I want to start incorporating more and more of the SGS3 but I don't want to bring more mods onto an already problematic build. ,I want good battery, and smoothness. There is also a new kernel that might get to make it in the build if it's released in time 'Shhhhhhhhhh :)" I appreciate the people in this thread that enjoy this build and their patience. I also may be starting a new project in the near future. Have a few ideas floating around.

    I get wanting some more features man. And scar is great and very helpful, and is always looking for input on how to make this rom better. But to be fair, you could have been far more tactful about the way you phrased that when you came in here, which is why you hit some grain. You could have said "these are the issues I am having..." and not had the sarcastic tone about the battery life. When asking for features, you could have said "some things I would love to see are...".

    Respect your devs, who do this in their free time, for free, for you, and you will be respected. I'm not trying to sound like a jerk here. I just thought I'd point it out.
