[Q] Heimdall Method for NC5 root

Hey everyone. I'm a mac user looking for a way to update my GS4 (vz) to NC5 using Heimdall.
If there is a usefull thread/post somewhere that I haven't see, please point me towards them; otherwise, has anyone had any success with Heimdall+NC5 root upgrade?
Please forgive my noob status.

I'm sure there are others on here but @Surge1223 seems to be the one who knows Heimdall the best... The majority of us use Odin. I haven't gotten around the playing with Heimdall although I have it all set up on my laptop. Good luck man. Hopefully when he has some free time he can weigh in...
