That's just the stock launcher, you can put more than one app into the spot and it creates a folder view. I just called the folder Utils. The icon in front is just the LED flashlight app

Nova launcher with jb icon pack and twisted colors live wallpaper. Static search bar is google now.
How did you guys get the soft keys changed? I have tried multiple methods w no success, the best of which do nothing.

I assume the three buttons across the bottom they introduced in ICS - so now phones don't have (actual) buttons on the front anymore...

I will see what I can do.
I went in and manually edited to add these. I am working on putting together some zips for folks to flash through recovery.

Found several options here. Just a bit of cut and paste.

To be clear, I didn't try flashing these, I pulled the png files out and put them in the SystemUI.apk and then pushed the apk back to the phone.1
Uh, it kinda comes standard by default on the phone...out of the box you really can't miss it If you don't have a Photon Q though and are asking about it, the Moto Circles widget is on a couple of the newest Moto phones, but thus far no one has broken it out and made it fully portable to other phones/ROMs that I've found. You can find an app that looks the same at first glance but doesn't work the same or carry the full functionality the widget does.
