So far this ROM is running great. Thanks Will for putting out another quality release. I don't want to speak too soon, but this one might be the best yet.
Anyways, everything is running nicely, but noticed just a couple things so far that are a little weird. Mainly I guess in terms of some lockscreen options that are not there. I know that widgets and such are located in screen security, but one thing I miss is the ability to unlock the lock screen with the home button (I only use slide). Additionally I usually have my lockscreen widget maximized to start, but its odd, dashclock starts as the small version when turning the screen on, then you can actually see it switching over.
Minor things, so far this has been great, and as long as I don't run into any major issues, this is going to be my new daily.

You could try an xposed module called hkthememanager. No guarantee that it works, but it hasn't failed me on any other 4.4.2 Rom yet...

I'm really excited about trying this but the above concerns me as I have a 64gig Samsung sdcard
I'm using a SanDisk 64gb card and it works fine. Not formatted to exfat though. Pretty sure it's fat32. Been a while since I formatted it, but I have no issues. Doesn't help directly with exfat, but I hope that's useful info!

Well, I guess that t jushe "camera curse" still happens in this ROM... can't take pictures of checks with the Bank of America app, it just freezes..
Another issue that I'm having is the following:
I'm trying to restore my SMS from a Titanium backup that I made just before installing this ROM. When I restore them, it says that the process has finished OK, but then an App Ops notification shows saying that Privacy Guard is active and won't allow bla bla bla (I can't actually read the whole text, it's cropping it). I've gone both to Privacy Guard and App Ops settings to enable all permissions for Titanium Backup, and then done the restore again, but the issue still happens. The funny thing is that when I go back to those settings, the "Write SMS/MMS" permission is set again to "off" (when I know for a fact that I turned it ON).
The other interesting part of the issue is that most of the SMS get actually restored, but not the ones from yesterday (and yes, the backup includes those, at least it should).
It's all a little confusing, any ideas on how to solve this? Or to get the SMS restored in a different way (I only have this TB backup and a nandroid backup since this method always worked for me in the previous ROM)

Don't have a direct answer, but if you are looking for other methods, I use helium and it works great for backing up and restoring sms and other app data across roms.

Ok coming from temasek v50. I encrypted my phone. The recovery is twrp-2.6.3.1. The thing is when I try to boot into the ROM it goes fine however when I boot into recovery to flash the new ROM based on slim twrp keep saying password incorrect so I am unable enter the recovery. It says failed to decrypt. Any idea what I can do? I want to try the new ROM based on slimkat.

You could do so without the need to install supersu. Go to developers option and set root access to apps and adb.

I got around that by flashing bigbiff's exfat support zip after rom & gapps (you can find his thread in ATT GN2 General). It might not work for everybody but it's working fine on my end. In ES Explorer it is not being recognized as proper external storage, but everything shows up fine in the "ExtSdCard" folder. Backup your card before trying this!

I do follow the Galaxy S3 thread of SlimKat for a co-worker and for any camera issues people installed only the minimal Gapps. I installed the AIO on the co-workers S3 and does lock-up here and there. I haven't gone back to reflash the minimal yet, on their device. 3rd party camera app has worked so far for them. For myself, when i jump ship here soon, haha, going to try just the Minimal Gapps. see if that trips to a good camera working or not. I don't know why between the two Gapps, why the camera app would bork in one and not other. Not sure if the Slim Team is aware. Since the AIO gapps include whats in the minimal. weird..

You need to flash the AIO gapps, that has the voice search. see my links
As for other 3rd party camera apps or gallery2.apk. I've seen in the S3 forums, people are deleting out the old or .bak on the gallery apk file and then inserting a modded gallery2.apk or also CM 10.2.1 camera apk. if that doesn't work. their moving the file into the system/private-app (??) folder.
One more thing, maybe cross check against (prbassplayer) thread for any issues that haven't already been Q/A'd. since this is Slim based. ( not trying to be disrespectful; a heads-up)

I am proud to present to you W03 Slim. This is a build forked off SlimKat with added features and tweaks under the hood. A huge thanks to the devs for the bases making this possible. Slim for their rom and teams like PA, AOKP, Omni, etc for their features.
This won't be the AOSP rom with a thousand features, if that's your thing there are better alternatives. Ultimate battery, performance and reliability OUT OF THE BOX, that's the goal of the rom. When a feature gets in it's been tested to be bugless and high quality. SlimRoms has always been my favorite source so I added my layer of features and tweaks over it, made for our device and it's hardware, more than a bot building the same source for 15 different devices.
