No, with Philz Kernel, i only have his Custom Recovery, but no root.

I tried downloading SuperSU app from Play Store, but it says to me that SuperSU is not installed, and it can not install by it's self, and it exits. What can i do?

yes you can. Place the zip version on the ext sd card and boot into recovery and choose apply update from ext storage
