i have an issue in this great rom. when i tick this option ''when the screen is off, long pressing the volume keys will seek music tracks'' i can't adjust volume level with buttons(screen is off). when untick this option, it's working fine. you have any idea for fix that? :fingers-crossed:

Whn I'm trying to sideload APK files, getting parsing error..
unable to install apps which i backed up...downloading them from playstore will eat away my mobile data

Mike from LegacyXperia is in the process of switching to the ion kernel for our devices. We have need of brave hearts to test the kernel graphics as some devices have a graphic glitch (see attached). The thing is that most devices has multiple panel variants, therefore we need as many testers as possible.
The testing process is straight forward:
flash the kernel
start the phone
if your screen comes on normally, you are good, if you get a funny looking graphics, you have the glitch
pull the battery
flash the old kernel
start the phone as normal
pull a dmesg
Please post the result and the dmesg here (PAC pastebin site: http://paste.pac-rom.com/ )
To pull a dmesg:
connect the phone to a PC with working adb
in terminal: adb shell dmesg
copy terminal output to pacpaste

I tested the kernel but unfortunately i get white screen stucked on boot up with colored pixels and 12 white lines.:crying:
I tried to get log from adb but something wrong with it "adb server is out of date_killing"

So your panel has graphical glitches... Reflash the older kernel which was working and then get a dmesg...

It may be a stupid question but how I can delete icons from the desktop? There is no "x" to delete them when I drag them
Hold it and drag it to the top of the screen, just below the top edge the icon turns red. Leave it there, it will be deleted
I noticed that after finishing the call, the screen doesn't go back instantly to the brightness before answering, but gradually shines up from a complete zero. That happens from time to time.
And another thing is when I mute the incoming call by pressing volume buttons, there's a sound appearing as if I was changing the volume of the calls when unlocked. It should be always silent.
Generally, is it normal for this version of android that there is no such a smoothness e.g when opening and closing a menu in comparision with 4.2 where everything was very smooth?

Hey Bro..THANKZ alot for your hardwork and giving us soo many rom.....Can you please Port MIUIv6....It has been ported to nexus5 and is based on 4.4.2 and it seems awsum.....Its ok if you cant..You are already doing your best

MIUIV6 is built for devices with 1gb ram, we have MIUIv5 based on CM10, but expect a sluggish, laggy interface.
thats only happening when your brightness is set to auto.
use Dark Raven's kernel ang you can see the difference on smoothness. :good:

- Video Recording freezes camera.
