I managed to root my ZTE Kis PLus with Cydia Impactor
Enable USB debugging first

Build number is GB_P752V_TGRV1.0.0B02

Stock rom for this phone is Support - KIS PLUS(Cosmote)Greece

No. unfortunately I don't know any other rom or kernel for this device. Maybe this thread [1] from modaco help you.
