Can somebody help me port a theme

Im using a rom.but.I love the theme from another but the rom doesnt work properly on my carrier would anybody be willing to help I would even be willing to.donate for the cause

Depending on the theme, if I like it I would donate to the cause as well. I'm looking for a theme for my stuff as well.
