HTC HD7 won't start after failed update (Step 9 of 10) , hard reset has no effect!

Some days ago I started OS updating via Zune software on my HD7 and Updating process seems to be allright. But on the next reboot(step 9) the phone froze showing welcome screen with HTC logo. I was patient and waited about an hour. After I disconnect my phone, take out and put batery back, and try to turn on the phone but nothing happens. I tried to use Hardware Hard reset but it was not helpful(do not run). Now I have cool "dead" phone. How can I fix this problem?

(now i realized that windows phone is a big crap)

there are only two ways:
1) Riffbox (or similar tool) with/without hd7 jtag adapter,
2) or service centre

The similar tools are Any tools which are supporting jtag interface. As far as I know the following tools support HTC HD7:
1) RIFF box
2) Medusa JTAG Tool
