As long as you have the Moga Pro version, there is an A & B mode on it. Once you sync the controller to your phone for both A & B modes, it should work with any emulator that is compatible with it using the B mode on the controller. Some emulator's that I have had no problems using my Moga Pro are SuperGnes, Drastic DS, My Boy! and FPsE which are the main ones I use. Hope this helps out.
