Try re-downloading the file and trying again or try a different computer. I have never encountered that problem.

If you can’t get into recovery, try re-flashing recovery then go straight into recovery. What happens is that stock Android OS has a security measure that overwrites your custom recovery upon reboot. If this happens to you, simply re-flash recovery and boot into recovery right away without reboot.I'm having trouble with getting back into CWM after running this. I was able to get into CWM the first time to flash the SuperSu.zip file. After I rebooted and unpluged my phone from the computer, I tried to get back into recovery. All I get is a dead android guy with a ! above him.
If my bootloader is already un-locked will this Root GSM/Verizon/Sprint just install SU, CWM and root without wiping?
even though is says press enter to unlock the bootloader?
Yes! What a Great little tool! donation on the way!

Yes! What a Great little tool!
If I wanted to flash the newest version of CWM, is it as easy as replacing the .img from your install folder with the newest CWM version?
Yes. Just press enter even though you have an unlocked bootloader. And it will continue on with the rooting process.
This is such a perfect little tool. Really appreciate what you guys do. hope you got my donation. Thanks and maybe a thanks back?
If I wanted to modify this for the Nexus 7, would I just have to get the right CWM recovery and update the script to use it? I don't know anything about fastboot, but would the same fastboot work?
Thanks!
It might work. I'm not positive. I would love to make it for other devices but I only have a Galaxy Nexus.
Yeah, it would be nice, but understand that.
After reading the steps in the N7 thread, it sure seems like the same procedure. I have an N7 arriving in a few days ... I might give it a shot.
Awesome tool kit mtp is rendered useless however. Everything works fine except I'm.not able to transfer files after I root or unroot. Any suggestions or help this is annoying. I searched also btw and even returning to stock did nothing
If using the "Unroot/Stock 4.2" Kit, does it overwrite CWM and flash the stock recovery so that OTA updates are possible?
My root didn't seem to work. Should I unroot and try again?
