Music Player suddenly stops working on my Galaxy Note running on CM 11

Hi everyone,

I have been using my Galaxy Note N7000 for quite a while now and decided to get a taste of KitKat rom with the help of CM 11. I have had not much issued with the running of the rom but for one primary concern. Whenever I'm listening to music Via the inbuilt player(Apollo) or PowerAmp, the music stops abruptly after about an hour and doesn't turn back on! I hit the play button on the player, but the player fails to turn the music back on! I have to reboot after this and only then I'm able to listen to music again!

Can someone please help me!

But buddy, I'm using [ROM][4.4.2] CyanogenMod 11.0 [OFFICIAL][NIGHTLIES] and not Omni Rom!

Did you read the link? .. It mentions a 4.4 sd fuse bug, not omni fuse bug.

So does it mean that.. As long as I'm playing music which is stored in the inbuilt storage, the player won't freeze?

It freezes on both the internal and external memory. You will also have random freezes when copying files from your computer to the phone (you can get past that by copying in recovery mode). ALL kitkats are affected, there is no patch available yet.
