Yes. Just flash ftf in flashtool. :good:

Thanks for your upload..I doanloaded the 3 parts and put them into the firmeware folder and I went flashingmode but the flashmode seems not to see them...so is it normal to have 3 parts? Sorry to ask..this is my first Sony and I find it quite hard to root the phone...I have a TELEKOM_DE branded phone but simfree, please let me know if I can install your tft and how?
I uploaded a screenshot as well.

You need to unpack the three parts with 7zip, the output will be a single ftf file which should go to the firmware folder.
I had to split it into 3 parts due to upload restrictions (max 500MB per file)

BTW: flashing this rom will not root your phone.

Version 2.7.121 is current latest dualrecovery, yes. You can also follow my guide over here ( http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2642081 ), it's the same rooting procedure but more detailed. Additionally please contribute to this thread before rooting: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2722908

I've got Clockworkmod stuck on my phone from the seller I bought it from and didn't tell me. If I flash one these ROMs, will it kill Clockwork and put the stock Sony recovery tool back (which is the goal)?

Yes

After flashing the ftf file can i recive futures updates directly from Sony?

yes, only when you root, or your bootloader is unlocked you'll get no more updates. This is a original ftf

What files to use?

Hi, just picking up on this - I also want to root my Xperia Z1c wihtout unlocking BL. DE Firmware would be optimal, so I found this message but I am wondering which files to use in steps 9 and 12 instead of the ones described in the guide.

For starters, I currently am at Model D5503, Build 14.3.A.0.757 stock, unrooted, locked BL.
