[Q] Max 4g clone

Hi, this is my first post so please bear with me if I break any rules

I have found what I think is a clone of the Max 4G, it's dual sim so that kind of gives it away! Has anyone had any experience of these clones?

what is the max 4g? is it a new hd touch?

Can anybody help with hardspl with this phone?
ROM VERSION: 04.001.1 CHS
ROM DATE: 2010.08.18
RADIO VERSION: 4.16.2010
PROTOCOL VERSION BASE_W09.20_P4
CPU SAMSUNG S5PC100
I try almost everything different usb cables, computers, hardspl-s version and instructions from RUU and 4pda I have error number 260 ,240, 202 etc...
Only using ELFIN_HSPL_3.10 I have massage on PDA screen:
