well out of the three FW ive tried, still no results... same issue
when using keis doing the firmware upgrade and installation, i put my info in and tells me its the MG1 (TLS) which is a Telus Firmware, but its actually is a Koodo phone... so I made sure i downloaded the correct stock firmware and still not working.
