Its informed you to check the change long of xposed framework new version....
As per rovo89 it only intended to fix boot loop issues caused by installing xposed frame work in some devices.... And its optional to devices which already working perfectly on xposed....

And we don't want to update any stuffs until and unless we test and confirm that its work stable on sokp..
This is not limitation its done in keeping stability in view....

I would like to help with the decline of p31xx users but I'm the only one who uses this tablet in my family, I'll inform my cousin and my friends who have this tablet about this ROM (but first teach him/her how to ROOT) to keep this thread alive, if the mic is fixed (and phone remover as well) in the next version (for p3110) then I might even make a review about this ROM, but expect less details since I'm pretty much still a n00b here in XDA...
For now I will jump back to slimkat since there's an issue with the mic and a few FCs (tried doing a clean flash and is still there), and I'll try dual booting if Next Kernel is compatible and use this as primary with slimkat as secondary, I haven't fully explored this ROM yet so I'll come back to it later :)
ART doesn't work for some reason, ticked it in the developer settings, rebooted, and it still says the runtime is still dalvik, any ideas on how to make it work?
and it seems Adi (audio god) is here too! I'm saddened that you won't do anymore future ROMs for this device, I'm also sorry that I didn't acknowledge you with your ROMs, I'm a silent user who used sungsonic and sensonic and haven't even bothered leaving a comment or a thanks! I'm pretty sure there are others like Me but I'm sorry for giving you no support :( hopefully if I get a note 2 this year I'll use your ROM and I'll participate in the thread :)

thx! I didn't know it was xposed that was contradicting with it, I'll try ticking ART again and see if it works properly, last time I tried ART on CM11 it caused multiple FCs, I'll nandroid backup in case it happens

ART is no good than dalvik and its still in development stage so many apps are not supported including xposed .So I suggest you to stay with dalvik.and sokp does support art without enabling xposed if u enabble xposed and choose art sokp will boot into dalvik. Anyways atb..... ???

is that so? oh well I tried it anyway :eek: :p yep FCs still happen, all apps and system apps included....good thing I did a nandroid backup :rolleyes:
as suggested, ART is still unstable, maybe sometime in the future it will run smoother than right now

Thanks for the feedback on ART. Currently as its been said its unstable. I wouldn't recommend art at this moment. Not this early in development of this new runtime.

It's really best ROM for tab2. Thank you very much for your job.
Only two bugs: lockscreen handle icon position (not center place) and force close for SOKP Controls>Advanced. But it's not important - ROM is fantastic.

the greatest rom ever ran on tab,. As said, the cherries have been picked from better roms out there to create this best rom.
all i could see is better, best and the greats. the rom provides better customization, awesomely best battery utilization, great media xperience. additionally i had been searching for custom apps which will show the touch position(screenshot 1), the search ends here.. thanks for it. the transition is good
the transformation of rom from sensonic to SOKP is awesome...

eagerly waiting for multi window update...

though i cannot expect some of these features in any other rom, i want the random coloring for icons in settings menu feature from the sensonic rom
recently i saw a feature in iphone and S3 that reversing the screen color, which is very helpful in nights. can u port that in this rom, as i use my tab to study ebooks and pdfs the reversing colors will be handy..

even if u dont add these features i am going to stick with this rom...

tab2 community is been like this lately, unfortunately....
also, FCs everytime I try to check on my downloads, or at times won't download at all everytime I use the stock browser, do you think I should do a clean flash without restoring backups from TB? sorry for the n00b question :)

I did a clean flash still I got android.media has stopped fc every time I tried to see the progress of downloads'',,,one ore thing asphalt 8 lags in low settings,,:)

    SOKP stands for Sonic Open Kang Project...which is purely compiled from source with our own range of modifications,cherry picks to make it All In One rom(AIO)....It contains cherry picked features from CM11.00 ,Bean Stalk,AOKP,SLIM,PA,Chameleon OS,omni roms adjusted modified to give best results to users....On the Top of this it has inbuilt Own DTS sound engine to provide original richer Audio & video effects to users.

    this uses very less third party application in rom i can say all most zero....and we can generally see some roms are including tons of xposed modules in the rom by the name as customization...but we are using only 3 modules here.....that to optional if users want to remove it they can remove from system application remover in settings....Note that all customizations are hard coded in rom with out taking any help of other third party applications and mods....

    now a days it became a trend that using others sound mod and claiming that their rom has ultra best sound....i dont feel any specialty in doing that this can be done by every single user by flashing 3rd party mod on top of pure cm rom.

    But sokp has its own made tweaks which never available in market.....nor in any web....

    I think i explained more so that you can differentiate sokp with sensonic or any other roms in a correct manner.....
