Hey the please can you tell me.how to change the bootsplash for mini please step by step or just pm me i did try it using the kitchen but give meblackscreen

Normally "fastboot flash splash1 splash.img"

But I don't think you can on SGM if I remember rightly, only HTC do boot splash changing

I guess kernel has something to do. If you change kernel, bootsplash is changing. Maybe my memory is wrong

Yeah you need to decompile kernel, change the tass.rle and then recompile kernel and flash

Unfortunately the android kitchen is not exactly the best for kernel building :/ is this rom based on touchwiz or cm? I can't remember

It's based on CM7 can't remember wich build though
