Not for betas only when final build is released.....it's better than the last one that's all that matters
Well I mean, I am not trying to be a jerk but why would I change from one rom where everything I working to one that things aren't working. I love bored's work and I am sure its good just wanted to now before I flash again..

Downloaded and Flashed.
Reboot started at 0625. RezRom boot sequence started initial finalization 0626:30
Finalizatin complete at 0628:48. Wifi detection enabled, 4GLTE turns on and corrects time/date. Verizon Data usage is present. Can feel a little heat, not sure if thats from flash/install process or rom.
Skipped Wifi setup, logged in all other accounts.
Clicking a phone number in the Browser app does bring up the phone app. Wondering if there is an issue with the new April 17 ICS RUU leak. Hyperlinks in apps seem to work.
Animations are showing no problems as of yet.
Quadrant: 3092

Call Quality:
In call volume is regular. Call is choppy but not so much that conversation is bad. There is a .5 second delay between speaker on other end and what you hear (wife was downstairs, heard her before heard in phone)
Speakerphone volume is loud and clear BUT after about 30 seconds on speaker caller complained of echo effect on their end.
Camera functions properly, but still cannot capture video stills. Get FC
Bluetooth pairing with Vaio running Ubuntu 12.04 was unsuccessful because of pin mismatch but did see each other.
Overall, good rom for a daily. As day goes on I will post misc problems I find.

+1 I'm coming from 1.3b so we'll see if it boots.. There is a PH in the zip file if it won't boot, I'll try that..
hmmm.. nope there isn't one in there... Booted, must be same!! Sweet by the way.. great work so far bored!
Initial boot will not connect to Wifi... Rebooting now to see if that gets it. App drawer is 5 now.
Wifi doesn't work for me.. Anyone else have working Wifi?
I'm s-on and noticed there was no PH and force to go to hboot with this rom like there typically is with RezRom installs...

3.- Download RezROM from the link below. If you are S-ON, download RezROM_S4_S-ON_Kernel_Installer.zip as well.
- CHECK THE MD5 AFTER PLACING ON YOUR SDCARD. Windows user can download md5 checksum shell extension.
- Reboot your device into recovery mode.
- I recommend a wipe for this installation. A lot has changed.
- Install the ROM in recovery. S-OFF users simply reboot. S-ON USERS DO NOT REBOOT. Now flash S4 Kernel Installer zip which will reboot your to bootloader to finish the process.
- Enjoy and consider buying me a cup of coffee
How to upgrade your firmware:
1. Download the 3.11.605.22 Leaked RUU: LINK MD5 = 58b0f42defc689650ddd5128f195dc7d
2. Rename the RUU to "PH98IMG.zip"
3. Copy the renamed RUU to the root of your external SD Card.
4. Re-lock the bootloader.
- Open a DOS prompt and change directory to the folder where you have fastboot.exe
- Reboot to bootloader
- Type "fastboot oem lock" (No Quotes) while you are in bootloader (fastboot usb).
- The bootloader will begin to scan the PH98IMG.zip - This will take awhile
- When it asks if you want to update press volume up for yes.
- The update will make the first pass - This will take awhile as well
- The phone will reboot and sit on the white HTC screen - DO NOT freak out once again "this will take awhile"
- When it is done it will reboot back to fastboot mode.
- Make sure "Bootloader" is highlighted and then press the power button to run the second pass of the install - once again "this will take awhile " - watch the screen to verify ok next to each partition
- Once complete press the power button to reboot.
- Your device will now begin booting on the newly installed Leaked RUU
7. Proceed to http://htcdev.com/ to unlock the bootloader - Unlock keys do expire so you may need to request a new key.
8. Install the custom recovery of your choice.
9. Flash RezROM as instructed above.Reset your MainVer
