Ur doing something wrong man.....if u was able to get in odin before now u cant its on ur end not the phone

if you can get into download mode then start from scratch. I personally would re root
then reinstall recovery then flash a rom. take it step by step. I know there are roms you can Odin that will give you root but since your having issues I would do them separately. edit

just try Odin the stock rom tar since you just want to send it in
