This is alpha froyo port for Micromax A60 by me.
It is tested and boots up. but we get force close on framework-res.apk rapidly so UI not there only force closes.

Instructions to flash
1.place the zip in sd card and flash

Disclaimer
This is alpha release and does not works fully.
i hold no respnsibility if u screw up ur phone. This port is still under process and to keep A60 users informed i have made this thread.
Flash the zip at your own risk.
I will keep this thread updated. If anyone finds a solution post it here also i m working on it.

Things work:
1.Touch
2.Sound
3.now UI corrected
4.Native move to sd card feature of froyo
5.Sensors

Things don't work
1.All networks (wifi,blutooth,GSM,3G)(under process now)
2.USB debugging,ADB,Mount sd card(In short USB doesn't get detected by A60)
3.Camera

Issues:
Force close appears after boot anim
force close says "Activity Android system is not responding"

It just boots up nothing can be done, pressing and holding home button shows recent apps as empty. I tweaked build.pro file and reflashed it, same thing just got one more option which is, when pressing the power button shows the option to power off, then comes the confirmation and on saying says it doesn't switch off, instead it reboots. Working on it this night, hope to get some positive result.

Guys if u all want to see this froyo follow this process :
1st go to recovry do factory reset, then clear cache, clear dalvik cache.
2nd install jet1.1 nd reboot.
3rd when u got into the ui of jet1.1, wait for 5min or use this rom for few mins.
4th again go into recovery do nothing just flash this froyo rom(no factory reset, clear cache, dalvik cache required ), then reboot.
5th aftr bootanimation u will see force close, click wait nd then wait for few secs
6th long press end call button nd then click on airplane mode..... now u r done ur device will reboot nd then froyo.................but note don't let ur device screen turn off unless u will loose the connection nd then hv to follow all these steps again/...

So who tried the froyo port except amansingh?
What research u did and what success you got till now?

Also someone try replacing this framework with original one in zip/system/framework folder
http://www.mediafire.com/?v7qcpza2e8vnl79
its not direct,it is inside the archive, extract it
Note: don't forget to copy original framework in a safe place in case it didn't boot

post the results here whether force close persists or not

here is new boot.img created by me ..replace the one in froyo port and flash it ..
Connect the phone while booting and start adb and try to get a log cat

Have a backup of the froyo rom port zip or froyo rom use a copy of the zip to test this .

how to
>open froyo zip and delete boot.img
>copy the boot.img created by me
>copy chargemon file to froyo port from stock a60 rom {very important}
chargemon should be copied to
system/bin

use the file from stock and copy to froyo port zip

>flash after a full wipe or format system

@samrox
As per amansingh the boot.img didn't work.
I mean it stucked at logo and rebooted back to recovery
Also he was not able to find any file named chargemon file in system/bin in the stock ROM

Can't we simply replace the boot.img in zip of froyo (goblet)
And then flash it???? Or the adb prt is important????

Before this try the below method
Copy libsufracaelinger.so from stock a60 to froyo port and flash

It will be in system/lib

    @fonehackezhs
thanks finally we have logcat of froyo and now we can fix it

@all a60 users or rom developers

here is my method to get logcat

open terminal app in froyo port after flashing it
and type the below cmds in it

    su
    bugreport > sdcard/bugreport.txt

    credits
fonehackezhs-for testing this and for logcat

after this cmd your phone will vibrate three times after the third time look in the sdcard there will be a file called bugreport.txt
which has the logcat and some more info about kernel

i have seen the logcat and the force close is by the libs DALVIK AND BINDER SERVICE NOT FRAMEWORK
