[Q] hybrid ui and other features not visible on paranoid android 4.2 beta 3

hybrid ui and other features are not visible in the settings.even the left hand side settings menu option is missing.
i have paranoid android 4.2 beta 3 installed correctly yet this problem arises
please help for the missing options.
google nexus 4 phone
