I have the AT&T version of G3. I can't get the mobile hotspot app to work from the settings menu. Every time I try, it will go the "Authenticating", then returns an error about mobile network not being available. I don't pay AT&T for access, so that may be why. Does anyone know how to get mobile hotspot to work in any way? I was able to root my phone with Towelroot, if that helps.
